Shapiro is our handsome silver- blue boy. He is a little taller at 16" than what we like but very conformationally correct and refined.He tends to produce predominantly smaller puppies than himself with the occasional larger one (like himself), His parents and siblings are smaller at 13"-15".
In spite of him being on the tall side we chose him because although tall he is not big. He retains the refinement and elegance we feel an IG should have as well as great bloodlines.
He is a cross of 2 great lines. On his sires side he has very good line breeding in the "Giovanni" lines. His dam has the awesome"Silver Bluff" lines.
He has the beautiful curves we like to see in our IG's and his movement is awesome. He has great facial expression and beautiful large eyes. When I first went to see him he took right to my daughter and me, We knew from that moment he was coming home with us.
He has a very outgoing personality! He has two speeds very fast, he loves to play and completely at rest, he loves to cuddle and lay in your lap or crawl under some blankets. He is a very loving and confident boy.
We have followed his line and have seen very impressive littermates and know he will continue to pass on those traits. He is Champion Pointed.
As very difficult decision it was to make because he was and always will be my buddy, he is now living with MOSA extended family as thier much loved companion while we have retained breeding right to him.
Parting with him was a very difficult decision I regret often and unfortunately he passed untimely and that I have not been able to get over. I miss him and will see him on the other side and I am sure he will come running to me as he always did.. Until we meet again, love you Boogie.+
